Responsibilities

Provide assessments and treatment services to individuals, families and groups, as well as facilitate partnership strategies with the community.

  • Participate in the initial interview of resident pursuant to family history and provide a written assessment.
  • Provide family and individual therapy services to residents and their families. Assess readiness for discharge in conjunction with other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with governing agency and Nexus reporting requirements. Educate staff about family treatment integration theory and techniques and its application to residents.

 

 

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or clinically related field required. LMFT, LCSW, LCPC or equivalent state designation for a licensed Social Worker preferred. Valid Driver’s license.
