The social worker recruits, orients and supervises the work of PATH resource families while providing intake services and comprehensive case management for children with special needs and families.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (The following list is not comprehensive but highlights the major areas of responsibility for the position.)
Education, Credentials and Experience
Social Worker I: Bachelor’s degree in Human Service related field required. Current social work licensure preferred. (License is required for Treatment Foster Care). Experience in foster care, adoptions and/or family-based service preferred.
Social Worker II: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work required. Current social work licensure required. A minimum of two years’ experience in foster care, adoptions and/or family-based service required. In lieu of experience, a Masters in Social Work will be accepted.
Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency driving requirements, maintain auto insurance and pass corporate insurance eligibility standards.
